A deposit of 25% is payable.
A quotation is valid for 7 days only – price change may occur without prior notice.
Candles / batteries for lights only available at an additional fee.
The full amount and deposit are payable when /before collecting the order.
The deposit is refundable if items are not damaged and items are returned in agreed time.
Goods will first be checked before the deposit are refunded.
All items must return clean, except for the linen.
A fee of R10.00 will be deducted for candle wax on the linen.
Items must be returned in the same packaging.
STRICTLY: No returns accepted on a Sunday except if special arrangements were made.
We are not open on Saturdays unless alternative arrangements were made.
Do not deposit money before order has been confirmed.
